1. Not sleeping at night, don’t want to wake up in the morning
Many office workers working on weekdays need to get up early in the morning. As a result, they are often in rush to go to work; sleeping time is not enough for them. But, on weekend and holidays, there is always more for them to sleep. And even a lot of people did not get up in the afternoon. They spend most of the evening playing computer, sing Karaoke, and are reluctant to go to bed until the early morning.
2. Stay in the air-conditioned room for long time
During weekends, parts of the people will become lazier to go out. Some people will choose to leave from crowded area, by staying at home watching TV, online which much more comfortable activities are. But usually they have been sitting for a long time during work time. So, it is very detrimental to the health of the cervical spine.
3. Having breakfast and lunch together
During holiday, one will be sleeping until noon time. Thus, we often woke up to lunch time and skipped breakfast. Also parts of the people, even wake up early are lazy to eat breakfast. They just tend to grab a bite to eat some snacks for breakfast, and will eat more during lunch time. Such a diet would produce a certain stimulating effect on the gastrointestinal tract. In long term, this will form a chronic gastrointestinal disease.
4. Not hungry not eating
Many single people, especially those living alone, eating has become a big problem in holiday. They eat only when they are really hungry by ordering takeaway meals (fast food) or cook instant noodles to fill up their stomach. Besides having these low nutrition food, high-calorie takeout and instant noodles are easy to gain weight. Even if they are lazy to cook, they must make sure to have the normal three meals during holiday with balanced dishes of meat and vegetables.
