Three-storey villa is not rare, but have you ever thought it can be built in the middle of the sea? There is a company plans to build a sea villas in Dubai, where the master bedroom and bathroom sinked in the bottom of the sea, with panoramic sea view. Expected to be fully completed in 2016, and will become the first marine Villa in the world.

U.A.E. Dubai leading real estate developers launched the sea cottage construction projects named floating seahorse, it is allowed to operate in the Arabian Gulf to build 42 three-story villas, with one storey built under the water.

From a technical point of view, the Villa built on the sea is actually a ship without propulsion, but it can be moved, designed specially for private living celebrity or wealth people. The company plans was as early as in March 2015, and finally get approved in the May 4 to build 42 villas (in the Arabian Gulf).

Architectural renderings showed that water below the Villa is the master bedroom and bathroom, water first floor is an open living room, kitchen and dining room, minibar and Jacuzzi is from the top. Under the Villa there is a man-made coral reef, which can create a beautiful landscape, but also for providing habitats for marine life such as the seahorses.

The project is expected to completed by the end of 2016. The “floating seahorse” is not limited to waters near Dubai, but will be located all over the world. After the announcement of the project, the construction Group received the Advisory from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Sweden, and Portugal, the Caribbean and other regional countries.

The developer company would also set artificial reefs in the Gulf, to protect the surrounding endangered species of seahorse.
