If you are a seller who sells things on eBay frequently, you will need to contact your buyer for payment information instead of sending an eBay invoice all the time. When someone had successfully purchased something from you, or someone was the winner to bid on an action listed by you on eBay, both seller and buyer need to communicate.
However, as a seller there are sometimes we can’t send an eBay invoice due to shipping method not available inside the eBay invoice form for International buyer that most of us probably aren’t aware of. Also, for successful “Buy It Now” listing, buyer’s email address will not be shown. In this case, we can’t contact the buyers for payment information if we are unable to send an eBay invoice too. When try to use Paypal for sending invoice, buyer’s email address is required. Here I’ve found a way to find eBay buyer’s email address that you may have not heard of before.
Under My eBay Sold Item tab, click the ‘Edit’ link located on the right side heading and then head on ‘customise’ section. A customise screen will appear. In the ‘Member’ section, just tick on the box to select ‘Buyer email’ so that email address is displayed once you have clicked on the ‘Apply’ button.
Alternatively, you can click on the bidding History to get buyer’s email address from there. Or you can use the ‘contact buyer’ link located in the auction to complete the transaction.
