How To Print All Your Word Documents Without Open Them

When you are having multiple Word documents to print, you will need to open them one by one to print manually. So, how do you solve this problem? Do you know that, you can print all your Miscrosoft Word documents without open them in one go? Yes, all you need to do is by putting together all your Word documents in a file and then select them, right click to “Print” all your files at once. That’s it!

Before you start do that, make sure you adjust your printers settings first by printing a sample document to see whether all the magins and layout are fixed correctly the way you want it to be. Microsoft Word lets you to print multiple documents right away from Windows explorer menu.

Surprisingly, many people do not know that the above technique not only works with any office document like MS Words, but also other printing documents. This is quite handy!
