In Microsoft Office software, there are Options for you to change the cases of your text. But here is a standalone mini software application (called Primitive Case Changer) you can use to do it in a quickly way too.

You can use it to change your text in different modes like Sentence case, lower case, UPPER CASE, Capitalize Every Word, tOGGLE cASE by copy and paste your text to the Clipboard Text and selecting a choice you would like to have in just one click.
