A recent product from a Japanese company called Thanko to capture our attention is a table-top cooler inspired by the vending machine for canned beverages. Thankfully, to “buy” a drink from it, you don’t need to spend money. Rather, it operates similar to a conventional vending machine by enabling you to choose the beverage you want to dispense at the bottom of the cooler.

The fridge has five levels for you to sort by brand or flavor your favorite drinks and enables up to 10 canned drinks in total. As stated earlier, it only operates by choosing which drink to dispense by pressing the respective button on the side and the cooler will drop your selection to its take-out port.

The device keeps your beverages cooled at temperatures as low as 5 degrees celsius and fluctuates depending on the atmosphere. If you plan to take it along for rides, the cooler can be driven by wire through a power outlet, and even the power socket of a car.
