The artist behind this viral sand pictures is Tim Bengel. This is his latest creation which spreads across three panels.

Here’s how he made his biggest piece yet. He places black and white sand on a sticky aluminium background and adds gold foil. Then, the grand reveals. This piece took him three months to complete. It’s three times bigger than his next largest sand picture.
