The famous Niagara Falls just got a makeover upgrade recently. About 1,400 new energy efficient LED lights have been installed at the falls area which can shine up to 14 times brighter than the previous dimmer one. This will make the Falls to look more attractive at the same time 85 more energy saving after replacing the bulbs with LEDs. Overall, the the total cost of renovation was around $4 millon.

The falls were first illuminated in the year 1860.

The new lights are more energy efficient. This is the reason why it can bring in more than 20 million people to visit Niagara falls yearly.
